Janine Nubani Cozzini is a small business owner and designer living in Southern California. Janine and her brother own a business called Cabinet Magic, Inc., which specializes in kitchen and bath remodeling offered at fair and affordable prices. The company has a showroom in Southern California where they design, create, and build everything, so the process is completed entirely in the US. The business operates on the foundation of “treating others the way that you would want to be treated.”
Janine Nubani Cozzini is highly dedicated to her work both as a designer for Cabinet Magic, Inc. and as a business owner. She is involved in all aspects of running the business, including daily communications and marketing, as well as fiscal planning, budgeting, accounting, payroll, and the execution of promotions and worldwide events. Janine also works closely with CEOs of other organizations for inter-company communication and planning. She also plays an active role in creating and implementing strategies to build and expand the company.
Before starting Cabinet Magic, Inc., Janine Nubani Cozzini owned and operated a full-service production company called Product Productions, Inc for over 20 years. This company served Hollywood and others in the production of movies, television shows, commercials, and music videos. Some of Janine’s clients at Product Productions were The Disney Channel, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Food Network, HGTV, and National Geographic. Janine was involved in all day-to-day operations for the movie studio, including writing and negotiating contracts, producing, hiring, managing staff, budgets, projections, P&L’s, payroll, and more.
For her education, Janine Nubani Cozzini attended Jacksonville University, where she double-majored in political science and journalism. While in college, Janine was a member of the debate team. She also spent time doing volunteer work for those with physical disabilities, which sparked a lifelong passion for philanthropy.
Even outside of work, Janine Nubani Cozzini has led a fascinating and exciting life. She has single-handedly organized a fight against a power plant (and won)! She also had the opportunity to pilot the Good Year blimp. At the age of 18, Janine Nubani Cozzini survived a terrifying plane crash caused by inclement weather. That traumatic experience has played a big part in shaping Janine’s outlook, and she has never allowed it to hold her back from anything that life has to offer. To this day, she can often be found traveling the globe. She has been fortunate enough to travel to most of the world, but her favorite destination is Northern Italy.
Besides traveling, some of Janine Nubani Cozzini’s favorite activities include hiking, biking, and practicing Bikram yoga. She is a passionate philanthropist and was once part of a nonprofit organization that specialized in creating a positive outlook in life for those in need. Her next goal for charitable work is to help people in developing countries to battle hunger and disease. One of her favorite quotes is by Ralph Waldo Emerson and says, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”
